What’s the function of LED light heat sink?
Heat sink or radiator used in LED light usually are asked a very good function to release the heat at a short time，otherwise the light couldn’t bear a long-lasting life due to the continuous overheat.
How can we design a good heat sink?
Firstly, the weight of heat sink couldn’t be heavy, otherwise it will add the risks of dropping down due to the overload of the integrated lighting device.
The aluminum alloy just meets those requirements, light and has good thermal conductivity. Connecting die casting process, it can make the radiator more economy for massive production.
